Job description for Sales & Marketing Admin at TMP Consulting
- Manage and keep documents related to Sales & Marketing in accordance with company standards
- Process and update Sales & Marketing division data (sales tracker, invoice, quotation, etc.)
- In charge for invoice payment notifications to clients
- Make a data processing report and present it to the Sales & Marketing division
- Handling tenders administration
- Manage client’s tracker
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or other related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from reputable university
- Male/Female Max. 25 years
- Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Have knowledge in administrative activities (invoice, tracker, quotation, etc)
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Have interest in the financial industry
- Have a professional work attitude, willingness to learn, and good ethics
- Fluent in English and Indonesian language (esp. writing skill)
- Available to start immediately (Oct 2021)
