1. Job purpose
We’re seeking a proactive Customer Experience Specialist to lead in-store engagement, support O2O operations, and drive sales through exceptional service and live commerce events. You’ll help create seamless customer journeys across online and offline channels.
2. Detail
Customer Experience (CX)
• Deliver excellent in-store service and product guidance.
• Promote account sign-ups and support purchase decisions.
• Maintain and reset product demo zones to ensure optimal experience.
• Process payments and assist with customer concerns or issues.
O2O Operations
• Prepare and manage online order pickups, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain the O2O service calendar.
• Ensure accurate and efficient product handovers.
Livestream Sales
• Host and manage in-store livestream events to promote and sell products.
• Engage with online audiences and adapt content in real time.
• Collaborate with store teams to highlight key items and promotions.
• Track sales and optimize performance during live events.
Delivery Support
• Process shipping receipts and provide delivery updates to customers.
After-sales
• Provide excellent after-sales support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
• This role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers after the sale to encourage customer retention, loyalty and repeat purchases
