- Be a point of contact and coordination and follows-on to related responsible departments for all incoming sales and marketing emails
- Be a point of contact and coordination for all communication and requests flowing from Heads of Branches
- Compiling, analyzing, and preparing a dashboard for periodical reporting of sales and marketing team performance and productivity to Heads of Branches (or Regional heads) and with meaningful explanation to relevant Management team
- Support Sales & Marketing Team with market analysis to improve sales effectiveness and productivity for the organization
- Actively involved in improved pricing project across all regions/zonas
- Gather and monitor regularly industry data across all regions/zonas, and compile it for actionable recommendation to Management team
- Work with all relevant departments to understand improvement opportunities, identify solutions and deliver as required to assist the Sales & Marketing team
- Being involved in the budget preparation in supplying the relevant sales and projection
- Should demonstrate a passion for the waste management industry
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant studies, such as economics, finance, commerce/marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience in related field of sales analyst or equivalent
- Possess advanced knowledge in using spreadsheet applications (such as Excel) and attention to detail and number-oriented
- Enjoy working with a large number of data and deep-diving it to make a set of meaningful conclusions for the business
- Good work ethics to deliver assigned tasks in a timely manner under minimum supervision
- Good communication and writing in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across all departments
