Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in air freight sales, including air cargo and airline-related experience.
- Good understanding of air freight processes, Incoterms, and shipping documentation (AWB, customs, etc.).
- Proven ability to acquire customers and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiar with the Jakarta air freight market; having an existing customer network is a plus.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Handle sales activities for freight forwarding services (sea freight and/or land transportation) to meet sales targets.
- Find new customers and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up until deals are closed.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and sales reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve service issues professionally.
- Support company revenue growth and market expansion in the Jakarta area.
