Job description for Sales Administrator at AsiaQuest Indonesia
- Handle administrative task to supporting the sales department.
- Create and send quotations, acceptance certificates, invoices to customers.
- Receiving, verifying, and managing the purchase orders from customers.
- Performing client/vendors registration and validate the personal/company information and payment details.
- Create and manage contract agreement, NDA and addendum.
- Maintaining and updating services and customer/vendors information records.
- Collecting the invoice from vendor and verify it.
- Create and deliver projects supporting documents.
- Communicating with customers related to sales.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Assist VP by giving administration support.
- Female, max 30 years old.
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any field of studies.
- Have at least 3 years experiences as a sales administration, or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiar with sales reports and sales records.
- Computer literate, proficient operating in using Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Candidate must be independent and mature and have a positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure (deadlines).
- Able to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work agile, thorough, neat, and orderly.
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
