Job description for Sales Admin at Kreativv ID
- Responsible for doing sales records and equip sales administration along with the Account executive team and Finance team.
- Responsible for doing projects and brief records.
- Doing a mandatory report to the user (Account Manager & Head of Business Development).
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator (Min. 1 Year, Working in an agency is a plus)
- Based in Jakarta.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Able to meet deadlines.
