This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for the position of Sales Admin (FMCG: Home Care – Laundry). The Sales Admin is responsible for supporting the Key Account Team (Online and Offline) in all operational, administrative, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of sales activities across modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience chains). The role acts as a bridge between internal teams (Brand/Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance), distributors, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operation & Coordination
- Support in promotion plans tracking, product listing documents, and sales activities across all channels
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Track promotion schemes, sales activities, and consolidate sell-in/sell-out reports
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and follow up contracts, promotion documents, and customer agreements
- Coordinate with Legal/Compliance and handle required government submissions
- Ensure proper documentation storage and compliance
Distributor & Retailer Coordination
- Work with distributors and MT customers on orders, delivery, and support in-store execution (if needed)
- Follow up listings, pricing updates, and resolve operational issues
Logistics & Execution Support
- Coordinate product, POSM, and promotion materials readiness with Supply Chain
- Support delivery tracking and logistics for activations
- Support in tracking returned and canceled order
Financial & System Support
- Support invoice, payment follow-up, and basic budget tracking
- Maintain data accuracy in internal systems
- Other assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 06 months of experience in Sales Admin, Trade Marketing, or Sales Operations in FMCG industry
- Experience working with Modern Trade (MT) channels or E-commerce channels are strong advantages
- Good at English is a plus
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
