Job Description
To provide post-sales support to the Sales Team.
· Prepare and manage delivery of goods to customers
· Follow-up with customer on outstanding payments
· Coordinate with logistics and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
· Reply to customer enquiries and feedbacks
· Build and maintain good customer relationships to cultivate customer loyalty and allegiance
· Manage Sales Operations paperwork and any related sales administrative duties
