Job description for Sales Admin Executive at Pt Mandira Jaya Abadi
- Manage sales operations paperwork and any related sales administrative duties
- Prepare and edit quotation, contracts, compliance documents etc.
- Collate required technical documentations for approvals
- Assist in sales presentations
- Coordinate with the various members of the Sales team to ensure complete and correct documents are submitted on a timely manner
- Ability to read and write in English is a MUST (minimum of Professional Working Proficiency)
- Minimum education S1 in any major
- 1 to 3 years administrative work experience
- Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Presentation & Excel)
- Team Player
- Has a keen eye for detail
- Good interpersonal skill
- Proactive attitude
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
