🎯 Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Melayani pelanggan melalui chat (Shopee, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, dll) dengan ramah dan profesional.
  • Menjawab pertanyaan seputar produk, pesanan, pengiriman, dan promo yang berlaku.
  • Mengelola pesanan dan membantu administrasi marketplace (update stok, input data, dsb).
  • Menangani chat di malam hari jika diperlukan, sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan.

💡 Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal pendidikan D3.
  • Memiliki kemampuan pelayanan pelanggan yang baik (ramah, cepat tanggap, solutif).
  • Terbiasa menggunakan marketplace (Shopee, TikTok Shop, dll).
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan jam fleksibel (termasuk malam hari jika diperlukan).
  • Pengalaman sebagai CS atau admin online shop menjadi nilai tambah.
