Job description for Sales Account Manager at PT Vinlano Tristar Indonesia
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team as the primary liaison with customers. The Sales Account Manager’s main mission is to generate sales revenue for the company, maintaining and expanding relationships with strategic customers.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leading a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales.
- Demonstrate ability in public speaking and presentation.
- Demonstrate a strong interest and willingness to learn broadcast related technology.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to be a friendly and valuable addition to both the team and the company on a global level.
