Job description for RTD Beverage Process Specialist at Atman Teas
Atman Teas is a modern tea beverage company currently developing functional RTD canned tea products inspired by Indonesian tea culture, calm focus, and modern design.
We are looking for a hands-on technical operator to help build the foundation of our product development and beverage operations from the ground up. This is not a purely office or lab role. You will be directly involved in beverage R&D, pilot production, process testing, quality control, and operational system building.
Responsibilities
- Execute pilot-scale RTD beverage production
- Assist with brewing, filtration, filling, pasteurization, and packaging
- Maintain production hygiene and equipment sanitation
- Record production data and batch documentation
- Support quality control and process monitoring
- Lead product trials and process improvements
- Prepare raw materials and production equipment
- Support inventory management of ingredients and packaging materials
- Help develop SOPs and production systems
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field; or relevant food and beverage manufacturing experience
- Experience in food or beverage production is preferred
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Detail-oriented and comfortable following SOPs
- Willing to perform hands-on production work
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
- Able to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RTD beverage production
- Experience with pasteurization, filling, packaging, or food processing equipment
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing environments
- Experience with quality control or quality assurance systems
- FMCG manufacturing experience is a strong advantage
