Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day pricing to ensure occupancy target are met
- Responsible for performance under management to achieve revenue target KPIs and taking necessary action promptly
- Perform data analysis to track and improve KPI performance
- Implement pricing and non-pricing (e.g. promotion, distribution, content management) strategies to help hostel realize their maximum revenue potential
- Report to internal and external stakeholder
- Liaise with other functional teams to ensure deliverables are on track
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics or engineering
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- Proficient in Excel (Bonus - in one of the following: MS, Python, R)
- Must have high energy and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
