Monument Lifestyle is a unique space providing a place to refuel with coffee and tea from San Francisco as well as artisanal toast,located in the CBD area.We also have a retail space/market place that carries local brands who dont have their own brick and mortar shop.
Job Description
* Assist the customers in their queries, report on inventory and do monthly stock count
* Ensure daily operations in store runs smoothly
* Greet customers with the warmest smile
* Managing the walk-in customers and provide information on products and assist them with the sizing
* Responsible for the day to day operations of the shop and ensure that the products are well-presented and in accordance with brand and visual-merchandising identity
* Actively work with apparel - replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying, and merchandising
* Follow up on sales routines, policies and guidelines
* Work towards hitting sales target
Job Requirements
* Candidates with relevant work experience in Retail is an advantage
* No experience in Retail are also welcome to apply (on the job training provided)
* Proactive in engaging customers
* Solid interpersonal,intercommunications skills and team spirit
* Willing to learn and be trained with positive attitude
* Able to work independently without supervision and guidance
* Ability to communicate in fluent english and second language is a bonus
* Singaporean and PR
Remunerations and Working Hours:
* 44 hours a week
* Medical
* 15 days of Annual Leave
* Up to 2 to 4 weekend off in a month (subjected to scheduling)
* Staff meal provided
