Responsibilities
a. Develop and expand distribution channels for IP products across both offline and online markets.
b. Build and maintain relationships with toy stores, retail chains, bookstores, and distributors.
c. Manage the product listing process across various sales channels and marketplaces.
d. Coordinate inventory, logistics, and local supply chain operations to ensure smooth product availability.
e. Support in-store promotions, retail events, and marketing activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
Qualifications
a. Proven experience in retail, distribution, or sales.
b. Good understanding of the Indonesian retail market and distribution network.
c. Strong communication and relationship management skills, with willingness to work in the field and engage with business partners.
d. Results-oriented, proactive, and able to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
