Key responsibilities for the Receptionist and Reservation Officer at TRM Hospitality include greeting guests warmly upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of reservations, managing room allocations, and coordinating with other departments to provide seamless service. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering inquiries about our properties, managing guest feedback, and ensuring all reception areas are well-presented and tidy. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive demeanor will be crucial in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: A high school diploma (SMA/SMK) is required. Strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a solid understanding of hotel reception procedures are essential. Experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
