Job description for Reservation Admin Excellent written English at Isla Indah Lembongan
We are seeking suitably qualified individuals (full-time) to join us as:
RETREAT ORGANIZER AND HOTEL RESERVATION ADMIN
We are located in Nusa Lembongan and NOT on mainland Bali. Complete description has been provided below. Any candidate who doesn’t read our explanation and instruction will be BLOCKED/FILTERED immediately.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9/10 grammar in written English and 7/10 English spoken skill (if you have a TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC score please provide the proof)
- Excellent word arranging skill as the the admin will send emails and reply to inquiries to (mostly) foreign guests in professional words
- Have min. 1 year of experience on the field
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office and the computer in general
- Preferably typing speed of minimum 45 WPM (words per minute) to ensure the admin will be able to reply a lot of inquiries in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail as the admin will act as a retreat organizer
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Customer orientated and able to adapt/response to different types of guests
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effective
- Willing to move Nusa Lembongan - Bali (free shared dormitory is provided)
Responsibilities:
- To reply to guests' inquiries and bookings for the hotel, surfing, snorkeling, yoga, or retreat packages via email, WhatsApp texts, or retreat websites
- To arrange the guests' itineraries for the retreat packages
- To follow up to the guests' inquiries
- To manage guests' database on the system
- To adapt to the guests' needs and to provide solutions for the complaining guests
- To provide guidance and support on all aspects to the guests
- To do basic admin works (office suplies keeping and purchasing)
- To provide accurate and complete information about our retreat/hotel services, including rates, availability, and transport organization
- To coordinate with partners to ensure customer timely schedules
- To maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards guests at all times
- To resolve service problems by clarifying the guests' complaints
- To make a weekly/monthly report regarding the guests' reservation if needed
