- Identifying new borrowers and manage the borrower onboarding procedure.
- Build a new borrower pipeline to achieve monthly onboarding volume and value targets.Manage the borrower relationships before, during, and after the funding process.
- Identifying potential new partners and developing new accounts in Indonesia.
- Develop partner/client proposals and structure commercial arrangements.
- Run meetings with a potential client and facilitate up to the contracting phase.
- Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Any other revenue-generating activities according to the Business Plan.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): analytics, excel, sales
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Preferably has working experience in fintech peer to peer lending
- Candidate must have experience managing loan end to end (sourcing SME potential borrower and processing loans)
- English is a must - business activity will be mostly in english
