招聘专员（兼翻译）
岗位职责：
1、 负责公司人员招聘工作，包括需求管理、人员筛选、面试安排、offer管理等；
2、 负责公司人员培训工作，包括课程开发，培训组织及运营等工作；
3、 负责公司日常翻译工作，印尼语与中文互翻；
4、 负责外派员工签证，订餐等费用报销工作。
招聘要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、中文等相关专业者优先；
2、 拥有1年以上招聘/翻译经验，具备中国企业工作经验者优先；
3、 能换位思考，善于沟通及跨部门协作，积极上进，认真负责的工作态度；
4、 中文可作为工作语言，具备中国留学经验者优先。
Recruitment Specialist (with Translation Duties)
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the company's recruitment work, including demand management, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, etc.;
2.Responsible for the company's training work, including course development, training organization, and operational tasks;
3.Responsible for daily translation work within the company, including Indonesian-Chinese mutual translation;
4.Responsible for handling visa-related matters for expatriate employees, as well as reimbursement of expenses such as meal ordering.
Recruitment Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Human Resource Management, Chinese, or related fields;
2.At least1 year of experience in recruitment and/or translation, with prior experience working in Chinese enterprises being preferred;
3.Ability to think from others' perspectives, strong communication skills, and cross-departmental collaboration; proactive, diligent, and responsible work attitude;
4.Proficiency in Chinese as a working language, with overseas study experience in China being preferred.
