Job description for Recruitment Team Lead at Glints Malaysia
- Oversee initial setup and lead generation for a new office for Glints in Malaysia
- Manage a team of Recruitment Consultants in achieving their individual KPIs and delivering suitable talents that match clients' hiring needs
- Work closely with the business team and as part of a recruitment section, managing assigned clients, candidates and job orders
- Regularly review employees KPIs and budgets against actual performance to ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Actively work as part of the team assigned to each Job Order to complete the recruitment assignment following company procedures and to the client’s satisfaction
- Supervise Consultants in the processing of candidates to Job OrdersCoordinate and administer the acceptance of new assignments to the team
- Conduct and give direction searched to source quality candidates that meet Job Order selection criteria
- Maintain regular contact and develop strong relationships with clients assigned for account management
- Management - groom your management skills as you grow your team
- Recruitment - You only truly become an expert when you start to teach others
- Business - As a manager and leader of Glints, you will participate in management decisions of the company to help us scale and grow our presence to deliver more value in Malaysia
- 4-8 years of experience in the recruitment space, with strong preference for those with experience recruiting for tech companies / positions
- Previous experience in sales with strong business development capabilities would be a huge plus
- Experience in hiring, leading and managing teams would be an added advantage An ability work well on your own and within a team
- Focused on results
- Adaptability: Comfortable with the fast pace, changes, uncertainties & challenges of a startup environment
- Flexibility: most people in our business team work Mondays - Fridays 9am-6pm, but are available on weekends when needed to support candidate needs (rest assured that we won't abuse your weekends)
- Understanding of Business Law and recruitment license application processes in Malaysia will be a plus
