Job description for Recruitment Officer at Co Wealth Advisory Group Pte Ltd
· Work with hiring managers and agency to source, attract, and assess candidates.
· Screen resumes and job applications
· Conduct initial phone screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews appointments between candidates and Director
· Assist Director during Interview for candidates.
· Deliver an amazing and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Requirements:
· Entry Level – no experience required, graduates are welcomed
· Minimum Diploma education
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· A strong command of English (spoken and written)
· Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage and enable you to handle Chinese Speaking applicants
· Able to short work within short notice
· Pleasant and courteous attitude
