Job description for Recruitment Officer at PT. PERMATA INDONESIA (MEDAN)

  • Penyusunan Strategi Rekrutmen: Merencanakan metode dan platform untuk mendapatkan kandidat berkualitas.
  • Penyebaran Lowongan (Sourcing): Memasang iklan lowongan di job portal, media sosial, atau website perusahaan.
  • Seleksi CV (Screening): Menyaring CV dan lamaran untuk menemukan kandidat yang sesuai kualifikasi.
  • Wawancara & Psikotes: Melakukan wawancara (interview) awal dan mengatur jadwal psikotes bagi kandidat.
  • Koordinasi dengan User: Bekerja sama dengan user (manajer departemen) untuk menentukan kandidat akhir.
  • Negosiasi & Penawaran: Menangani penawaran gaji dan benefit kepada kandidat terpilih.
  • Administrasi Rekrutmen: Mengelola database kandidat, membuat laporan rekrutmen, dan memastikan kepatuhan hukum.
