Recruitment Intern (China Market)
We are a boutique Executive Search Firm providing mid to senior-level search and assessment. From our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong as well as China, we place candidates for roles in MNCs across Asia. We pride ourselves for our highly personalised and collaborative approach with our Clients for their Executive Search needs.
We believe that a sound talent strategy starts with a clear picture of the business outcomes our clients expect before defining the talent they will need to achieve these outcomes.
We are on a constant path of expansion and welcome interns with the various interests in Research/ Analysis/ Sales to join us on our journey to become a game changer in this matured industry. The role will mostly be working on both Singapore and China market.

Your Tasks
Analysis and Strategy
· Analyze business processes across the organization and recommend or assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and go-to-market standards.
· Develop and synchronize process improvement initiatives. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives and present options and recommendations to business owner.
· Work closely with business owner to develop a long-term growth plans, analyze potential expansion opportunities in terms of services, find solutions to high priority issues.
· Implement industry best practises into TalentStork supporting talent acquisition and retention, client and candidate acquisition and retention.
Sales and Research
· Develop knowledge and understanding of TalentStork’s industry of interest.
· Represent services that the company may introduce as we look to diversify new revenue streams that capitalize on our customer base and scale.
· Follows our prescribed practices on Pipeline Management and Gap Analysis and completes all required sales process activities.
· Regularly and customarily engaged with clients/ candidates.
· Drives client retention through excellent customer service.
· Create sales lead generation programs and executes in category that is assigned.
· Design talent pool acquisition programs and execute.
· Develops new business by selling services that provide value to the customer .
· Support client or candidate research for TalentStork’s Consultants.
Your Profile
· Diploma Holders, Under-Graduates or Graduates from graduate programs. (Prefer studies in business studies, marketing, human resources, entrepreneurship, or similar fields. Also open to fields such as Logistics or Maritime due to our company’s focus industry)
· Self-motivated, driven, able to learn and work independently
· Passion for Logistics, Technology and start ups
· Excellent computer and organization skills
· Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
· Strong spoken and written English and Chinese as this role will be working on China market
· Able to commit full-time for at least 3-6 months
