Develop recruitment goals and objectives
Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and organizational need
Search resume databases for ideal candidates
Communicate effectively with Manager(s)/user
Determine the effectiveness of current recruiting program and strategies
Identify areas of recruiting strategies that need improvement
Devise and implement improved recruiting strategies
Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
Identify key recruiting KPIs
Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position
Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
Create effective onboarding and training program for new hires
Prepare progress reports on a X basis
Be a part of implementation of the growth and changes in the company
Must be willing and eager to help in random and/or humdrum task
Undergraduate student with psychology or management background
Great communication skills
MUST BE fluent in English both written and spoken
MUST BE ABLE TO DO a minimum 8 months period of internship
Available to start on Mid May
Full time Work From Office ( Monday-Friday , 08.00-17.00 )
