About the role
BCG Digital Ventures in partnership with one of the largest businesses in Indonesia, building Indonesia's next "Super App" in the HealthTech sector.

We are looking for an exceptional Recruiter who can help us find the best talent to scale our "Super App" in Indonesia
Responsibilities
- You will be in charge of recruiting a fast scaling startup in Indonesia across various levels from C suite to associate levels
- You will leverage your recruitment expertise in Indonesia to offer feedback and iterative changes to the appropriate organizational structure and hiring plan together with the corporate partner and venture leadership team
- Work with the team, to gather market intelligence to to provide guidance on cash- and equity compensation bands as well as employee benefits for the team you will hire
- Lead the intake process for C-level, GM, and all other roles assigned venture including defining the role requirements, responsibilities, and target companies
- Develop the search and identification process for C-level candidates in tandem with the talent team, including extensive market mapping of adjacent companies in a relevant target market, globally.
- Own the knowledge management of the requisitions, working extensively with Greenhouse (BCGDV's Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate data capture, and tracking of key recruiting KPIs; as well as producing documentation and reports for the corporate partner (proficient in Power Point, Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
- Be responsible for engaging with candidates, and particularly passive candidates - approach, pitch, screen, and help to close candidates for the assigned venture
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for all candidates, helping to guide them through the interview process
- Be jointly responsible for all recruitment KPIs for given venture, including number of hires, time-to-hire, and quality of hire
- Develop rapid and cost-effective ways to develop an online employer brand for two ventures in stealth mode, working closely with the venture leadership and broader venture team to encourage them to be talent ambassadors for the ventures.
- Interface directly with the venture team and regularly align on the status of searches and associated search KPIs, ensuring the venture is continuously on-track to meet its ambitious hiring targets.
- Work with cohort leadership to continuously improve on the Talent Architecture methodology and processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years overall recruiting experience
- Extensive experience in sourcing, pitching, interviewing, and closing candidates including offer negotiations
- Demonstrated capability in developing strong, collaborative business relationships with executive management teams and client groups to drive, develop, and execute talent strategy and successfully meet their goals
- Demonstrated sales acumen of recruiting services
- Completely self-directed and excellent at effectively managing time, defining work packages, and prioritizing work for self and others
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing teams of more junior search professionals
- Hands-on mentality, ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Power Point/ Google Slides
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets
- Founder- or CPO / CTO network in Indonesia and South-East Asia is a big plus
- Excellent (native-equivalent) verbal & written English, and Bahasa Indonesia
