Job description for Recruiter & Sales Support at Pt Amber Solusi Internasional
Duties:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Create and publish job advertisements.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment records and HR documentation.
- Provide sales support and office administration.
What We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
The working arrangement is full Work From Office (WFO) in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
