Job Descriptions:
- Handle front desk reception duties: hotline operator, posts and couriers, parking, and utilities card management, assistance, etc.
- Provide professional greeting and welcoming with clear and appropriate instruction to company’s visitors.
- Perform administrative responsibilities such as handling invoices and billings, sorting and handling data entry, making and maintaining documents and reports, working with vendors, pantry and stationery stocks, etc.
- Obtain good sense in being open-minded towards digital transformation by interacting with different applications.
- Activeness in receiving and handling ad hoc job duties as being assigned.
- Positivity is required and initiaves for work’s enhancement are welcome.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
- Comply with the existing guidelines of EHS, Facilities Management.
Requirements:
- Proactive and excellent verbal communication by using English and Vietnamese (including telephone communication).
- Clever and appropriate customer service etiquette.
- Flexibility, Multitasking and Teamwork.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Well aware of digital transformation.
- Design and Presentation Skills.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- University Degree of Facility Management/Tourism and Hospitality Management (preferred) or equivalent.
- Excellent languages (English and Vietnamese) skills, especially Speaking.
- Have experience in in the field of facilities management or receptionist position.
- Have experience of managing external service providers and contractors.
- Basic awareness of EHS, IFM (Integrated Facilities Management).
