LOCATION:
Serangoon/Bishan Area
DUTIES (Outlet Manager & Outlet Supervisor)
· Positive energy to motivate your staff and maintain an open channel of communication between all levels of operation
· Ensure restaurant’s operating procedures are carried out efficiently
· Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant including working on the ground in the various roles as necessary
· Staff training and mentoring for different positions within the outlet
· Working with the management to follow up on feedback and operational issues to ensure optimal practices
· Adaptable in new technology applications to decrease workload and paperwork
· Ensure best practices for cash handling
· Staff schedule and manpower management in a timely manner
· Inventory management which includes stock taking, ordering and working with suppliers and vendors
DUTIES (Service Crew)
· Follow required operating procedures accurately and efficiently
· Upkeep food hygiene standards while preparing food orders
· Have a positive spirit in engaging and working on customers’ orders
· Ad hoc duties which include but not limited to sanitising and maintenance of outlet
WORKING HOURS
· According to Staff Schedule
· Favourable Opening Hours
· Minimum of 1 rest day a week
REQUIREMENTS:
· Positive spirit in customer handling and upholding standards
· Experience in F&B preferred (but not a pre-requisite)
· Able to carry out duties described above effectively
· Able to handle all meat types
· Interested in progression of career to achieve personal career goals (for management level)
· Interested in use of applications which aid productivity (for management level)
