Job description for Quantity Surveyor at PT. Mitra Mutu Gemilang

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Kami sedang mencari Quantity Surveyor (QS) untuk bergabung dalam tim proyek konstruksi kami. Posisi ini cocok untuk kandidat baru/fresh graduate yang ingin berkembang di bidang proyek konstruksi, khususnya dalam pekerjaan estimasi biaya, pengendalian anggaran, dan administrasi kontrak proyek.

QS akan bekerja sama dengan tim engineering, site, dan procurement untuk memastikan seluruh pekerjaan proyek berjalan sesuai dengan budget, volume, dan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama
1. Membuat dan menghitung Bill of Quantity (BOQ) berdasarkan gambar kerja

2. Melakukan estimasi biaya proyek (cost estimation) dari tahap awal hingga detail

3. Mengontrol dan memonitor budget vs realisasi biaya proyek

4. Melakukan pengukuran progress pekerjaan di lapangan (site measurement)

5. Menyusun progress claim / opname pekerjaan subkontraktor

6. Membantu proses tender & analisa harga satuan (AHSP)

7.Berkoordinasi dengan site engineer, drafter, dan procurement terkait kebutuhan material

8. Membuat laporan perkembangan biaya proyek secara berkala

9. Membantu proses variation order (VO) / pekerjaan tambah kurang

Kualifikasi
1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil / Arsitektur / sejenis

2. Fresh graduate dipersilakan (pengalaman di proyek jadi nilai tambah)

3. Menguasai dasar AutoCAD (wajib)

4. Menguasai Microsoft Excel (rumus dasar & perhitungan biaya)

5. Paham dasar pekerjaan konstruksi (struktur, arsitektur, MEP lebih disukai)

6. Teliti, detail, dan mampu bekerja dengan angka

7. Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan di bawah tekanan proyek

8. Bersedia kerja lapangan jika dibutuhkan
