Job description for Quality Assurance Officer at Segara Naturals
- Design, implement, and maintain QMS to ensure compliance of CPKB, CPOTB, and relevant ISO standards
- Design, implement, and maintain vendor quality assessment, personnel training program, non-conformance report, exception report, product complaint, and CAPA
- Liaise with selected quality system certification body
- Propose preventive measures, promote and implement improvement programs
- Manage the company’s document system ensuring its maintenance and updating.
- Prepare and submit documents related to Initial, Renewal, Variations/Change Notification of cosmetics, follow-up until approval process
- Maintain regulatory database for the Company
- Prepare Regulatory Intelligence Report by conducting proper research related to the regulatory intelligence topic
- Monitor emerging trends regarding industry regulations to determine the potential impact on internal projects and provide and draft regulatory updates to the Marketing Manager
- Assist sales team in discussion with customers on regulatory-related matters (when required)
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, local working practices, regulatory affairs policies, and procedures to ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained or enhanced
- Liaise with external parties on matters relating to Indonesia's cosmetics regulatory requirements
- Carry out the reporting of post-marketing activities with Authority such as mandatory problem reporting, field safety corrective action, recall, and others
- Ensure the awareness on obligations to comply with regulatory requirements and any other applicable statutory requirements and any decision thereof made by top management throughout the establishment and supply chain
- Min. bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of QA/RA experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry
- A pharmacist license has to be registered for the organization
- Good management skills.
- Fluent English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Result-oriented can work with minimal supervision, and willing to assume increasing levels of responsibilities.
- Computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- At ease in working in a small structure, start-up-type, where tasks and responsibilities are in constant move.
- Able to operate in a multicultural environment.
- High level of autonomy at work, yet with profound team-spirit.
