Job description for Quality Assurance Officer (Viet) - Remote at Incall Systems Pte Ltd
- Performs quality audit of calls and emails
- Conduct service recovery, whenever necessary
- Provides feedback to both Team Leaders and Call Center Agents
- Ensures all quality standards and procedures are being followed and maintained
- Uses prescribed quality audit sheet to compile and track performance of individual agents
- Must be able to verify, document, and communicate audit results, develop an audit report
- Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective action and follow up for weekly calls/emails quality performance and monthly calibration
- Other ad hoc duties as required by supervisor/manager
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Conversant with Microsoft office, knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Aggressive, energetic, motivated, proactive and optimistic about challenges.
- Ability to audit calls that are in Thai is a must.
- This role is open for contract basis only.
- Successful candidates will be based in their home countries
