We regard our charcoal briquette product as a work of art crafted by the combination of the natural riches of Indonesia and the collective minds of industry and market pioneers determined to surpass all competition local and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor QC team, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
2. Design, implement, and improve quality frameworks, SOPs, and audits.
3. Monitor and analyze quality performance, address deviations, and recommend improvements.
4. Investigate quality issues, lead corrective & preventive actions, and resolve customer complaints.
5. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure product and raw material quality.
6. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's in chemical, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
2. 5+ years’ experience in production/quality management (charcoal briquette or similar industry preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, SPC, and Six Sigma.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tools (Minitab, Power BI, SAP, SPSS).
5. English proficiency preferred.
6. ISO 9001 Auditor/Lean Manufacturing certification a plus.
7. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions with a strong tech-savvy mindset.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
9. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
10. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
11. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing production schedules.
12. Willing to be based in Karanganyar.
