- Create, implement, and ensure HSE program is conducted regularly to maintain safety awareness;
- Record identified workplace hazard and control strategies;
- Facilitate workplace consultation (includes emergency response team & first aid) and implementation of workplace safety and health initiatives;
- Assist project to identify HSE exposure and provide HSE expertise to drive improvement in HSE performance;
- Ensure all incidents, hazards, and near-miss are reported within the required timelines and investigated in accordance with Company’s procedure and root cause analysis;
- Facilitate implementation of HSE processes and tools by actively visiting the daughter station to assess the HSE risk and effectiveness of HSE system in place;
- Coordinate and implement HSE initiative through the campaign, internal training, and alerts;
- Conduct HSE audit and create the report to Top Management;
- Stay abreast of emerging HSE issues, legislation changes to ensure Company is kept updated with all relevant legislative requirements;
- Manage HSE documentation and procedure and ensure they are updated;
- Provide timely internal and external reporting including insights and suggested opportunities for improvement.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable University in any major (Health and Safety/Management/Engineering/etc.);
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in any industry, preference oil and gas, mining, construction;
- Strong knowledge with HSE code of practices for operational and projects;
- Experience in Document Management System and ISO 9001 and 14001;
- K3 certified is an advantage;
- Good analytical and strategy skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Willing to work at our Gas Plant in Cikarang, Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
