Job description for QA/QC Manager at Yellow Fit Kitchen
Qualification: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Food Technology / Nutrition with minimum GPA 3.00.
Experience minimum 5 years as a Manager of Quaity Control / Quality Assurance / Document Control preferably in F&B / Food Manufacture.
Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP and consistent with SOP.
Good knowledge of food process.
Job Description:
Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for sampling and testing.
Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
Perform Hygiene and Sanitation controls
Understand how to maintain food temperature
Follow up on rejected products and waste confirmation.
Making reports and problem-solving.
Familiar with the food production process,
Ensure record keeping and filing are correct and consistent and that all records are following the procedures
Manage All waste after food production
