At UI-licious, we are passionate about quality, and we are looking for people who take pride in their craft to join our team. UI-licious is founded on a desire to make a better web. Many of us rely on using the web and mobile phones today for important banking, government and health services. Yet, it is completely normal for software teams to “move fast, break things”, cutting corners in testing and releasing broken software, because “users will report bugs anyway”. Imagine if cars were made like that. Inexcusable! We make tools to help software teams automate testing for their product and catch defects before their users do. UI-licious makes testing a piece of cake even for people who don’t know how to code, so that there’s no excuse for software teams to not test their product.
Let’s build a better web, a web for everyone.

We’re looking for software testers who love pushing buttons, literally and metaphorically.

You will be interacting with end users to understand their testing requirements and provide support to help them reach their test automation goals. And you will also be testing new releases of our core applications and reporting defects to the engineering team.
As a QA, you will be expected to:
Develop and document test strategies and test plans to detect defects in our core applications
Work with application engineering team to test new releases and report defects

We value your health, well-being, and personal growth. The people are the life of the company, you are not just a “human resource” (which to us feels crude and ironically dehumanising), you are an asset to be nurtured. All employees are entitled to life and health insurance, annual stipends for self-improvement and home-office improvements, and co-working space privileges (should you prefer working outside of your home instead).
