Job Description:
Glints is looking for Quality Assurance Engineers to design and execute tests to ensure quality on our career progression and job marketplace product, which helps young professionals in Southeast Asia to develop career skills, learn from a community and secure jobs.
People You Will Work With:
For this role, you will be working together with software engineers, product designers, UX researchers, product managers and fellow QA engineers. Your direct manager will be your QA team lead, whose job is to guide you in your tasks and help you for any blockers that might impede your progress.
Critical Skills and Qualifications Must Haves
- Extensive experience in software development and testing, preferably working experience in startups
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, process and tools
- Experience in writing clear, well-structured and concise test plan and test cases
- Hands on experience in white box and black box testing
- Experience in test design and test architecture
- Knowledge in JavaScript, SQL and scripting languages
- Experience in working in Agile/Scrum development
- Hands on experience with executing automation tests and using of automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, etc.
