Qualifications
- Willing to work onsite in Surabaya
- Good in English (both speaking and writing)
- Expertise in Back-End Web Development using Python and relevant frameworks such as Django and Flask
- Proven experience in Software Development and utilizing Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and hands-on experience in programming with Python
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in cross-functional collaborations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Python
- Design and build scalable APIs and microservices
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to manage and process property data
- Implement data processing and automation workflows
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices
