- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
- Quoting and quote support
- Actively pursue cost reduction ideas
- Price updates in systems and control and follow up price deviation
- Join in directly the testing process of checking goods
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
- Other work as assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's and University Degree in International Business
- Good in English, both speaking and writing.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a Purchasing/Procurement role is preferred
- Strong ability to analyze and process report data.
- Proactive attitude of solving problems good team spirit are required
- Fast learner and adaptable on different site conditions
- Be able to work independently without constant supervision and as a team member
