Job description for Purchasing & General Affair at PT Loka Indira Amarta

PT Loka Indira Amarta is a creative agency established in 2013, specializing in event management, advertising, and merchandise production. We have partnered with leading institutions, including the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Education, and the Judicial Commission of Indonesia, to deliver impactful and memorable campaigns.

We are looking for a Purchasing & General Affair to join our team. In this role, you will support daily operations by managing procurement, vendor coordination, office facilities, company assets, inventory, and administrative processes to ensure a productive and well-organized workplace.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities while working effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in purchasing, asset management, and office administration are highly valued.
