As a Public Relations Specialist at ASUS, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with media and key opinion leaders (KOLs), playing a vital role in shaping public perception of our brand. This position is instrumental in enhancing ASUS’s brand credibility, popularity, and market visibility, with a strong focus on promoting our Commercial PC‑centric hardware portfolio.
As an exceptional communicator, you will develop and execute effective PR strategies, create compelling content, and drive positive media coverage. You will actively manage brand‑building initiatives, engage targeted audiences, and establish a strong communications network that reinforces ASUS’s market leadership.
You will report directly to the Commercial Marketing Manager and work closely with the HQ Marketing team, ensuring alignment with global branding strategies while delivering impactful local PR results.

What are you expected to do?
In your daily duties, you will:
• PR strategies & planning - Develop and execute quarterly PR strategies aligned with ASUS HQ guidelines, local market insights, and business objectives, working closely with internal teams and external marketing agencies. Translate global brand and product directions into effective local PR initiatives
• Content Development & Campaign Leadership - Plan, create, and manage compelling PR content tailored to target audiences, including press releases, advertorials, product positioning documents, topic plans, editorials, whitepapers, product reviews, partner success stories, and thought-leadership content. Lead PR campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring strong storytelling and measurable impact.
• Influencer & KOL Management - Identify, engage, and manage a high-impact network of Tech KOLs, Industry Influencers, and Thought Leaders for both commercial and PR campaigns. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance brand credibility and reach
• Digital-First & AI-Optimized PR - Transform traditional PR into a digital-first strategy. Generate high-authority content (Editorials, Whitepapers, Success Stories) optimized for SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Overviews (AIO) to maximize our visibility in AI-driven search results
• Product & Industry Expertise - Be an opinion leader among media and an expert for B2B laptops & PC product lines and vertical industries. Clearly articulate ASUS product differentiation, value propositions, and competitive advantages in the market.
• Brand Messaging & Storytelling - Craft compelling product taglines, key messaging, and brand narratives for commercial products. Ensure all communications maintain a consistent tone, voice, and ASUS brand identity across all channels.
• Media Relations & Executive Visibility - Develop media pitching strategies, prepare interview materials, and arrange media interviews for Top management
• Event & Launch Support - Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including technical seminars, press briefings, and product launch events. Prepare launch event presentation materials and messaging for internal stakeholders
• Corporate PR & Crisis Management - Support the PR team in the development and execution of Corporate PR strategies and pitching plans. Assist in PR crisis management, including issue monitoring, response coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Measurement & Reporting - Analyze results of PR campaigns / activities and prepare reports
We are thrilled if you own the following qualities
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Business /Marketing/Journalism/Communication
• 3–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Integrated Marketing Communications; experience in technology, IT, or B2B industries is strongly preferred
• Proven experience working with media, influencers/KOLs, agencies, or journalists, ideally in tech or commercial product categories
• Experience managing PR campaigns, product launches, and media relations from planning to execution
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Overview (AIO) content optimization
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation
• Ability to build strong relationships with key individuals and organizations, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
• Good command of English
• Detail-oriented with great sense of organization, responsabilities & time management
• Be able to work independently & under pressure with tight deadlines
