We’re Hiring – Junior Community Manager (Hospitality)
We’re currently looking for a Junior Community Manager to join our hospitality brand, Tropical Kasbah.
We’re not looking for a senior profile. Instead, we’re looking for someone motivated, eager to learn, and excited to grow with the company.
The role includes:
* Creating simple but attractive content using an iPhone.
* Responding to guest messages across our communication channels.
* Managing and posting content on our social media platforms.
* Assisting with our OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), including communicating with their support teams when needed, updating room descriptions, creating new listings, and resolving account issues.
* Helping maintain our website by uploading new photos and checking that everything is working properly.
* As a bonus (not required), basic graphic design skills to create simple stickers, menus, room information cards, and other small marketing materials.
Requirements:
* Good English communication skills.
* Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
* Interest in hospitality, marketing, and social media.
Salary:
Starting salary is IDR 4–5 million per month, depending on experience, with excellent opportunities for growth and career development within the company.
