Job description for Project Supervisor at PT Staff Link Solutions
Requirements:
- Male candidates only
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry (site supervision/project coordination)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Willing to travel between project sites when required
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
- Support project planning, coordination, and other operational duties as assigned by Management
