● Manage organizational sales by developing a strategic business plan that covers sales, revenue and sales related expense controls. Ensure sales targets are met and there is efficient tracking of sales goals with regular reports on the results shared with the team.
● Able to generate leads, pitch and give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients, from Project Engineers to Procurement teams. Understanding the customers’ needs and able to navigate through negotiations like a Pro to achieve favorable deals for the organization.
● Manage the relationship and communication with the customer and all stakeholders while also assisting to solve customer complaints and questions.
● Able to develop, mentor and train a sales team, ensuring the team understands our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and services. Establish internal processes and procedures that will facilitate effective sales generation and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Background in construction or general EPC sector required, five to ten (5-10) years’ experience is preferred. Ex. Holcim, CRH or Heidelberg is a big plus.
● Strong sales ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST, industry knowledge on Reinforced Cement and Concrete is a bonus.
● Experienced in sales and implementing sales strategies, committed to giving great customer service.
● Industry contacts and network access required to help build a company from zero to one.
● University degree in business, marketing or a relevant field.
