Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned sales targets for ECM products (Wiring Devices,
Switchgear, Fire Alarm Systems, Power Tools, Solar).
• Expand B2B market by identifying potential partners (M&E companies,
contractors, project owners, consultants) and developing new partnerships.
• Approach and follow up on projects, coordinate with distributors to meet
sales goals.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement action plans.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and solutions to strengthen customer
relationships and promote Panasonic brand approval.
• Maintain and update customer database; build long-term relationships.
• Enhance brand awareness through technical seminars and presentations.
• Regularly visit customers for project updates and timely support.
• Collaborate with distributors to secure orders and ensure customer
satisfaction.
• Support ECM Sales & Marketing activities when needed.
• Prepare monthly reports and update project pipeline.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics.
• From 2-5 years of experience as electrical product project sales.
• Having a good network with project owners, M&E companies, contractors
and designing consultant companies is a plus.
• English at intermediate level: Communication & Writing.
• Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Working as both a teamwork and individual.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable.
