Job description for Project Manager at Arkademi
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/System Information or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, Proven work experience as a Project Manager Edtech or technology industry is a plus
- Familiar with EdTech Environment System, Learning Management System, Agile Development
- Proficient knowledge of project management application such as : Clickup, Trello, Etc.
- Highly organizing skill, strong problem-solving skills, process improvement-focused, and self-motivated individual who is equally comfortable supporting peers and communicating with senior management and cross-functional teams, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working knowledge or familiarity with agile methodology, digital transformation, change management, IT-business environment
- Ability to influence people and progress tasks
- Work closely with product manager, tech team and others stakeholder.
- Planning project management, including prioritizing projects, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigned team member to various deliverables
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with other department leader to defines, prioritize and develop projects
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget and justification.
- Day to day management of the full project life cycle
- Development and maintenance of project plans
- Ensure that Stakeholders needs are met and maintain constant communication with the Stakeholders and teams through regular meetings/scrum
- Ensure that the processes are followed and remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, manage issues and dependencies
