Job description for Project Manager at Sosplan Creative
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that the processes, principles, and guidelines are documented.
- Manage in a way where progress is effectively tracked and missed deliverables and milestone are communicated and escalated.
- Effectively capture and document risks and issues, escalate them for mitigation/resolution and to implement the mitigating next steps to manage the risks and issues.
- Work effectively with project team members in progressing the project administrative deliverables.
- Maintain good communication and report with CEO/COO and clients.
- Min 1 of project management project management role or similar with end-to-end responsibility.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Solid time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up
- Familiar with project tracking and reporting tools (Trello, Asana, etc)
