The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Accounts Manager, you will create a timeline and helping onboarding process, share the project brief to Development team,
Maintain and manage the project during campaign period, and coordinate with other partners.
You will work closely with our client, which mostly are reputable FMCG companies
· Collaborate with the Accounts Manager and Dev-Ops team to determine the project capacity plan and project forecast to be used by management as a target.
· Defining business requirements, analysing the project, and determining the scope of the project to produce a detailed project plan according to established standards and procedures.
· Determine the structure of the project team, both external and internal, which will be used for both communication and decision-making lines during the project.
· Ensure that all project activities are running well and in accordance with the project scope.
· Record and organize resource usage so that it is efficient and effective.
· Ensure that all administrative processes and deliverables are submitted to the client / customer in the form of documentation and reports at each completion of the implementation stage.
· Measure project performance in terms of time and resource allocation. Set changes to scope, time, resources.
· Approve or reject changes to the project based on an analysis.
· Perform regular project status reports both internally and externally.
· Conducting project reviews, comparison of initial vs actual schedules and archiving project data which aims to improve the quality of project implementation through: product improvement, process improvement, equipment / work equipment improvement, monitoring tool improvement, communication line improvement, activity procedure improvement, improvement suggestions individual project team competences and others.
· Provide project performance reports and other supporting reports that support management decisions.
· Min 2 years of working experience in IT project management or related field.
· Proven experience in project management.
· Knowledge of communication system (SMS/Email/Chatbot/Marketing Automation)
· Competent knowledge of project management.
· Strong organization, writing and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and critical problem solver.
· Able to operate project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, Kanban is an added value.
· Technical background with knowledge of software or web or mobile technology is an added value.
· Excellence in English both written and spoken
