Responsibilities:
- Running the project based on project standard practice.
- Ensure that the processes, principles, and guidelines are documented. Build and own the project activities, provide linkages and interdependencies between activities, the resources required to deliver, and the time allocated per activity. Manage in a way where progress is effectively tracked and missed deliverables and milestone are communicated and escalated.
- Effectively capture and document risks and issues, escalate them for mitigation/resolution and to implement the mitigating next steps to manage the risks and issues.
- Work effectively with project team members in progressing the project administrative deliverables.
- Able to interact with external vendors so that we secure goods/services at agreed costs and timelines for the project.

Experience:
- Min. Experience 2+ years as Project Manager or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering / Information System / Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge/Experience on PMP / CAPM / Scrum master is mandatory.
- Experience as Developer is preferred and experience in Insurance or Banking Industry is a must.
- Willing to full WFO in Jakarta.
