Summary

Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the COO in facilitating the smooth operation of the organization, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

This position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of tasks, ranging from projects scheduling to budget and resources management and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist General Manager in planning and implementation of all projects;
  • Streamline and maintain internal processes to support top-level executives across the company, ensuring a smooth workflow by coordinating internal and external resources;
  • Manage project progression including Project scheduling, budget and resources allocation and tracking; 
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts, facilitating communication and managing project-related tasks;
  • Analyze data as required;
  • Resolve project issues and provide solutions as needed; 
  • Prepare and submit meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and proposals as requested by General Manager
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager;
  • Other tasks assigned by COO.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field;
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Assistant;
  • Experience working in the Entertainment/Hospitality industry is a big plus.

Required skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Experience in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance daily work and productivity is a big plus;
  • Proficiency in Project management software and tools;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Detail oriented approach;
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
