RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for project administration
- Filling all project documentation (Tender and contract,etc)
- Able to prepare the project documentation such as Docs BAST, BAUT, UAT Form and Manual Book.
- Tracking/Monitoring project milestone
- Support Project Manager
QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System/Management or equivalent.
- Have a good ability in the language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least has 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong Administrative and management skills
- Attention to detail and have a high degree of accuracy
- Pleasant looking, smart and outgoing personality.
- Understand about LPSE, aanwijzing and procurement processes is an added value
